Registration fees can be paid by the paper authors only after the acceptance notification of the paper. All the fees will be in United States Dollars OR Chinese Yuan.

Attention for Participants:
1. For the author or presenter: After your submission accepted, you will receive the formal notification of acceptance from ITIDMS 2023 . In the notification, there will be detailed registration information.
2. For the listener: If you prefer to attend ITIDMS 2023 without presentation and publication, we suggest you to register as the listener. For listener registration, please contact the conference secretary directly at itidms@etdis.org.
Covered by Registration Fee?
1. The registration for author (online) will cover the publication fee with 12 pages, attendance to all program for the virtual conference, 15 minutes' presentation slot in the parallel online session, E-version of the conference abstract, 1 conference proceedings, etc.
2. The registration for presenter (online) will cover 15 minutes' presentation slot in the parallel online session, E-version of the conference abstract, certificate of online attendance, etc.
Exclusion of Liability:
The Conference Organizer will not be held responsible for participants' failure to attend the conference directly or indirectly occasioned by visa application deny, riots, diseases or any conditions beyond the control of the Conference Organizer. And thus, the conference registration fee cannot be refunded.
Cancellation Policy:
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made in writing formally via email. The organizing committees are not responsible for problems beyond our control, such as weather conditions, campus conditions, travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, etc.
* The organizing committees reserve the right to change the dates and venue of the conference due to force majeure.
* The losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liable and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
No Show
One of the authors OR their representatives MUST PRESENT their paper at the conference. Papers with no show participants without a valid reason will not be submitted to Springer for publication and no refund of the paid fees.
Personal Reason
The organizer cannot refund or pay any compensation where could not attend the conference is prevented by reason of circumstances which amount to “personal reason”. Such as travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, financial default, etc.
Force Majeure
The organizer cannot accept responsibility, refund, or pay any compensation where the conference's performance is prevented or affected by circumstances that amount to "force majeure". Circumstances amounting to "force majeure" include any event we could not foresee or avoid, even with all due care. Such cases include the fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.
Conference Site Safety Policy
In considering the personal and property security belonging to conference participants, please be sure to take the attendance cards during the conference. Unauthorized persons are not permitted to enter the venue. The conference organizers won't accept liability for personal injuries, or for loss or damage of property belonging to conference participants.
